a company is the UK called "Fort Royal Review" and yes, they are OOB. The molds were sold to a Belgian company called "Dreamcatcher". Then, Dreamcatcher sold them to a company in Rochester, MN, called "The Lost Battalion". The Lost Battalion went through a few big chanes over the years, I don't recall seeing this kit come back. Sadly, I know I used to have this kit, but, I just gave my grey army a "Sound off!" command, and I did not see it.
It DOES turn up on ebay, best bet would be a search on "Fort Royal Review". With it's age, and the subject matter, your odds are pretty good.

A good friend will be there to bail you out of jail in the morning. A great friend will be sitting next to you, asking "how did we get caught?"
