I'm wanting to use VMC Prussian Blue- 965 (51) as the primary color. What I'm looking for is the shade and highlight to go with it. I'm not interested in adding black to darken or white to lighten the main color. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Thanks,

Doug

I think actually I have some Vallejo and Andrea Prussian blue and they are not the same and I use one to highlight the other. Adding a bit of black for shadow is not bad, but white does not work so well for highlights as it makes the color pastel/grey. If you have access to an actual rack of paint to select your colors from, just take a look at other blue shades. You might check out French Blue and Insignia Blue.
