Response to Pit Bulls..
pit (one of'em) was running loose (no fence) this morning when I left for work. Hope (well, not really) that he knows how to avoid traffic on the road. I'm not going to say anything about it because I think the problem may take care of itself. Actually they've not been a problem to me... Yet.. The two neighbors that have them are brothers in their mid 20s. They're good kids, don't get me wrong. Both of them work at the Department of Corrections so that may have something to do with it. I figure they'll grow out of it or their Dad (I know him too) may put a stop to it at some point.

Your right about the hand grenade part. As far as "status" symbol, you have a point their too. I just can figure out what "status" level it is.
