I'd say he's spot on in his assesment. David nor I are judges. We are free to form opinions from whatever information is presented to us. From what is presented (bot people being shot in the head), I'd say that yeah, somebody was VERY unhappy with him. Being alone with a girl barely HALF his age, let alone having HER drunken ass driving HIM around (oops, sorry, not drunk- just high)is a little odd.
If it looks like a duck, and sounds like a duck, and acts like a duck, chances are, it's a duck, and you don't need a judge to tell you as much.
