Bad credit and bakruptcy are things that can be fixed. Why would I pay WAY more than my hose is worth, if I can get out of it, and buy a bigger, and better home, for LESS money?
A good friend will be there to bail you out of jail in the morning. A great friend will be sitting next to you, asking "how did we get caught?"
