I have also had to endure my neighbors pool music every afternoon. It is not lound enough to hear the words (if there are any), but the beat is the same, repetative.
Dont't take me wrong. I love music - music that is of my choosing. But you can hardly step outside or go to a public place without having to endure the same, repetive beat.
