Mods?

I need to ask someone because it's drivingme up the wall. I don't recieve therapy from you so might sound like a strange question but do you write down what people tell you?

If you do why? why can't we say things hard things, things that haunt you every minute of everyday, that scare you and the thought of them bein written down horrifies you. Whats to be gained? what then? hold if forever or allow it to be written down? It stops being confidential then surely? Anyone get can get the info? you could die an years later the family tree could show it, people you don't know could no? why can't you just say it to a professional and it be kept with just words? why can't it just be shared with people you trust and it stay just there. It isn't fair and it isn't right. Shouldn't our secrets and stories be our choice to be passed on?
