LONDON (Reuters) - The dead American rapper 2Pac stayed top of the singles charts on Sunday with "Ghetto Gospel" featuring Elton John.
The Official UK Charts Company said the single from 2Pac, the rapper Tupac Shakur who was killed nearly nine years ago in a drive-by shooting, kept Mariah Carey's new single "We Belong Together" from the top spot.
Unchanged at number three was ex-army officer James Blunt with "You're Beautiful" while Welsh soprano Charlotte Church's "Crazy Chick" was at four.
Kelly Clarkson's new release, "Since U Been Gone" entered the charts at number five, one ahead of the Crazy Frog, which held the top spot for four weeks.
Dance track "Roc Ya Body" by MVP was at seven ahead of Kanye West's new single "Diamonds From Sierra Leone".
At nine was British DJ team Audio Bullys' remix of Nancy Sinatra's "Shot You Down" while rounding off the top 10 was a new entry by Rachel Stevens, "So Good".
