I found this article that may help those with a S who is ADD or ADHD..or even Children with ADD or ADHD

Thanks for sharing that link. When I read the sample communication technique between the couple, I kid you not. It sounded like one of the many issues H and I have had. I wish we would have known about my H's ADHD problem before the A.
It may have saved us from all the mess.

As I read the article there was some eye opening information that will help me...I am fortunate that my IC is also ADD so he has helped me a lot.
I know the frustration....but the understanding of ADD is half the battle.
