I had the feeling when I read the woman's question that she and her H didn't really heal from his first A, but just put it behind them. If so, that is more evidence that only honest examination of WHY a WS had an A and what s/he needs to change in self with the addition of complete, open honesty between spouses are what prevents another A from occurring.
