I have to eat dinner but could use a little joking and A humor...I think I'm coming out of shock and going into depression.

Hope I am so sorry to hear that you are hurting.
Anger is usually the first stage followed by a deep sadness or depression which you may be slipping into as the gravity of the whole situation sets in.
I am sorry your H choose to rent a movie that just the content alone triggers you,I still have a extremely hard time watching any movie with infidelity and even have trouble with the opposite which is romances because of love lost and the pain.
Hang in there we are here for you and are willing to listen and perhaps lighten your load a little.

I'm ok. We're watching wild hogs and I'm totally chilled out now. I'll check in tomorrow. Want to finish my hot date and enjoy some of my mellow mood now.
