I highly recommend this new book by Ekkehart Tolle for all of us needing to be released, once and for all, from the wounds to our hearts and souls. Once and for all.

Pat got me into his stuff. I just bought the audio version the other day of "A New Earth" so I can listen to it when I drive. There are like 8 CD's...I have listened to the first one so far. I have a few other books by him "Practicing the Power of Now" (which I am currently reading) and "The Power of Now" and "The Flowering of Human Consciousness".
