<< I am still suffering from the stone. I saw a doctor today (who spoke no English but understood it. I understand some French, so he would say something to me in French and I would it repeat it in English to verify I understood) who was surprised it hadn't passed.>>
So sorry to hear that - but you ain't alone - I've yet to successfully pass one - had four.
<< He said if I still have it next week, to check myself into the hospital (and gave me a note to bypass the ER).>>
Good advice, glad you have the note!
<< I can't even book a flight to go to Alberta for Thanksgiving this weekend.>>
That sucks - even if you could, the airline isn't supposed to let you board if you're ill. What does your family do for Thanksgiving?
Is it like they portray Thanksgiving in the States?
<< But, my grandmother is also doing better, which makes me happier too.>>
Very happy to hear it. Grandmothers are a special blessing, I sure miss mine.
<< WS came by and spent the evening with me >>
Being in pain and lonesome is ugly. Wish he'd get his head out of his @ss and stop the bs.
<< It was nice to have some human interaction - the dog and cat are horrible conversationalists! >>
Yes, they are, aren't they. WS left the cat to me, and he is company at least - though he is missing her too -
keeps coming to me for reassurance - vocalizing all the way...Meow-oww-oww-oww.
Please feel free to drop a line and complain all you want.
