I'm not here to promote any event, however I've noticed that CelebEvents have posted informing you of their Charmed convention so I thought I'd let you all know that there will be another Charmed convention in the UK in July.
Here's some information about CelebEvents and Starfury (who are running the other Charmed convention) so that you can make an informed decision before considering booking a ticket to either event:
At CelebEvents (July 29th), for just under £250 you:
- Get in the event for ONE day
- See (so far) only TWO actors on stage (Doran Gregory and Jennifer Rhodes)
- Sit in the front row of the Q&A session
- Ask ONE question in the Q&A session
- A VIP Meet & Greet party
- Go to ONE party
At Starfury http://www.starfury.co.uk , July 14th - 16th):
Tickets are only £75 for adults and £30 for children, and with it you'll get the following:
- Entrance to the event for the entire THREE days (Friday afternoon until late Sunday night/early Monday morning)
- FIVE actors so far confirmed to appear, with more to be announced
- One free autograph from EVERY actor obtained in person, by yourself. That means you get to meet the actors and chat to them!
- The opportunity to purchase extra autographs at only £8 or £10 each
- The opportunity to have your photo taken with the actor/s of your choice by a professional photographer
- A free Opening Ceremony at the start of the weekend, welcoming the actors to the event

There are more cast to be announced!

As I said before, I just want people to be aware of both events and what you get for your money so you can make your own decision about what event you attend.
My favorit is piper because she is the one who has kids in the video. and she is the oldest one besides pru. and i think that pheabie is my second favorit because she has preminitions. and paige is my third favorit because she hase the same birthday as me.
My favorite is pheobe she is so pretty powerful and makes the wrong choices when it comes to men just like me.piper is pretty and same loveable as pheobe and very soficiastied.i never liked prue because i am sorry to say she bitches to much at pheobe.paige what not to love about paige.

To Alisha; You have no idea what you're saying, if you watched the show carefully you'd see that Prue was hard on Phoebe because (like Paige) Phoebe kept making un-nesessary and almost life costing mistakes as you pointed out with Phoebe loving a half human - half demon (Cole Turner).Plus Phoebe lied to her sisters about vanquishing Cole when infact she let him live. That alone should have cost Phoebe her powers (she's lucky it didn't cost her her life and the lives of her two sisters). Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to talk down to you at all I'm just saying that you need to really pay attention to all the details before you assume anything. And by the way I relate to the Charmed Ones for reasons that go far deeper than just loving Shannen Doherty or Charmed itself.It took my step brother to wake me up to the fact that I have basically the same powers ( gifts ) that Prue and Phoebe have. At first I thought my step brother was completely nuts but he proved me wrong in ways I never emagined!Let's talk about Phoebe's power (preminitions). Remember when Mt.St.Helens erupted on May 18th 1980? I had told my grandmother not to take her trip to Alaska because something bad was going to happen. Did she listen? No! Well, she was on her flight directly over Seattle when the mountain blew its' top. She came back from her trip two weeks later and asked me how in the hell did I know that was going to happen? I didn't meet my step brother until 1985. How about the earthquake that struck San Francisco on October 17th 1989? I had a dream where I was standing on a hill just south of downtown San Francisco looking at the high-rise buildings collapse because of an earthquake. I had this dream for 3 nights (one night a week for three weeks)before the earthquake actually hit. The actuall earthquake was a magnetude 7.1, the one in my dream was a massive 9.8 on the richter scale! Now let's talk about Prue and her power. My step brother told me one day he had a headache and to put my hand over his forehead (not touching it)and in 3 seconds it disapeared,I freaked out at that point.Three weeks later he sat me down at a table he had in his room and said "move that quarter".So I picked it up and moved it. He said "no" "move it without touching it."I looked at him as if he had lost his mind! He said "do it". I told him" there is no way I could do something like that". He told me "just do it". So I sat at the table staring at this quarter for three minutes getting more and more pissed off.Finally I got up and threw my hands in the air saying" this won't work"! That's when the quarter shot across the room through the wall and almost hit my mom in the face! Once I drew a picture of the earth with the Starship Enterprise orbiting it showing a hurricane off the eat coast of Florida.Three days later Hurricane Andrew hit. Now what does that tell you? Dear Daniell; I say that Prue was the best because she was the oldest and the most experienced out of all them. Plus I can relate to Shannen Dohertys'character on the show because I have the same gift that Prue had. One more thing, Prue would never fall in love with a half demon half human man like Pheobie did. Now Piper Halliwell is getting to be almost as good as Prue was, but there will never be another Prue Halliwell; and I miss her dearly! So - yeah, Piper is a very good Charmed one but she has to pick up where Prue left off and it'll never be an easy road.So in closing I'll say this, now that Paige is in the picture both Paige and Pheobie look up to Piper the way Pheobie and Piper looked up to Prue. my fav is piper cuz she is funny and i can relate to her and yeah she is kool. and my 2nd fav is phoebe and then prue and paige at the same time cuz i cant choose between them. :)
Piper is my all time favorite character because she goes thru all this trouble and she still manages to stay strong and get thru it. plus, she is the most beautiful out of all four of them!! luuv ya ppl!

Piper is the beautiful one and her romance with Leo is true. Phoebe has bad luck with men because she picks on losers like Cole..Prue died young..and Paige is the most interesting. This show is being shown in my area and it's starteed at the beginning which is good because I missed the first season.
