The form is very similar to the character creation form for Steve Jackson Games' "Toon," and Stefan O'Sullivan's "FUDGE." Good choice. Simple and to the point.
I like the prereading idea for the fact that the board cal also be used as a sounding board to try out new ideas. The one thing I fear is what has already been expressed, namely that someone's gonna pull some prima-donna crap along the line; however, most of the avatars that have been in the theater have some background. Despite the fact that these avatars are in the theater, most of them should act pretty much the same way outside the theater.
As far as deadlines, I figure it should follow the same as any other impro to begin and we can adjust it as need be.
BTW, how about an anti-hentai team? t.ogre, Lance and Robbie. Of course, we end up feuding amongst ourselves as much as with others, 'cuse we're heels and stuff. :-) If not, seems that there's another anti-punner in the group.
