Aryan is as a cultural term in its primary sense.Its ethenic connotation comes only after that.No one 'looks' like an 'Aryan'.He becomes one by adopting 'Aryan' Culture like Hinduism.Aryan is an Sanskrit noun derived from the Sankskrit adjective 'Arya'. The Avestan equivalent is 'Ariya'.
Punjab is just a small fringe of Arya Varta (abode of the Aryans) ! Aryavarta is much broader than Punjab ! Historically it incorporates from the Himalayan Mountains in Northern India to Vindya Mountains in South-central India and everything in between ! That's 72% of India's population ! 10 Germany's and 12 Iran's can fit into it !

Aryans may have migrated to India but the new theories surfacing indicate that Aryans never migrated to Iran. Iran is the native land of Aryans. So, I wouldn't really take India as a point of reference. The point of reference is Iran.
Every country that tries to prove that is Aryans tries to find lineage with Iran. Serbs and Croats are a living example.

There is no Aryan Migration to India,what so ever.Aryans are indigenous to India. The Migration of populations was always been from India to other parts of the world including to middle east,not vice versa.This is as much true in pre-historic times (when the Pre-historic African Man made India the stoping stage and migrated to different parts of the world including to the middle east) as it is true in pre-Christian times.The 'Aryan Migration of India' was concocted by the 18th century europeans because it perfectly suited with the 18th century european race theories.
Based on the genetic eveidence, even the Europeans now no longer beleive in any Aryan 'Migrations' to India and sees Aryans as Indigenous to India.
ALL non-African Caucasion humans originate in India.

That 's correct because the migrations has been from Eastern Iran to Caucasus and from there to Europe.But as the genetic evidence shows, Iran itself is a stoping stage for Caucasion migrations,not the origin.The Origin of the Caucasions was in India and they migrated westward with Iran and Central Asia being the stoping points.
