LABEL, an original rock supergroup of sorts featuring ex-members of the Frames, Mundy & the Mary Janes are coming to play in Ballymahon on Friday November 7th. The gig is taking place in Paddy's Pub and should feature two support bands. There will be a cover charge of €5 on the night and as there is huge interest anticipated tickets will be available from now until the night of the gig. Capacity on the night will be limited to 200 maximum so we would advise you to get tickets a.s.a.p. Tickets are on sale now from Paddy's Pub or from ourselves by contacting us at any of the contacts in the Contacts page on our website www.noegopromo.com. Hopefully some tickets will be available in music shops in Longford, Athlone & Mullingar before the gig. A local band has yet to be confirmed to support but anyone wishing to support just drop us a line and we'll consider you for the spot.
The Dudley Corporation from Dublin are also confirmed to play in Ballymahon. The date has been confirmed for Saturday October 25th at 10pm. There will be no cover charge for this gig and support will be from the Hoodlums. The guys are on a full Irish tour in support of their second album release which they launched in Whelan's in Dublin last week. They are a quirky, melodic, alternative- rock band and fans of Pavement, Dinosaur Jr. and other alternative American acts should find them to your taste.
