Bought alot of new gear, guitars and pick-ups.
Bit of a band together but its proving impossible to get a drummer.
If we had a drummer we'd be gigging ages ago.

wats the story lads. im a long term visitor first time to log on mainly cause i have stayed in bed for the first college year and have no experience with this new modern technology. to cut a long story short im a dumb bastard. i have seen lots of words been exchanged so harshly between the up and coming talent of the triving town of ballymahon and i have only one wish and thats to bring back vanadium. i haven't heard much from the band Redleaf and the hoodlums are obviously good playing in such venues as the rustic inn abbeyshurle (for booking info please call eddie on 04457424 )and the delightful venue of Jack D's on Nth Grt Georges St in Dublin. If you read the whole thread you'll see that I didn't come here bitchin about anyone in particular. I gave my opinion on a band. Then I got shot down for doing that, so I responded to those messages. I never picked anyone out in particular....... everyone is entitled to their own opinion. anyway, you really shouldn't post threats on forums. Its not a nice thing to do. Put up a bit of a fight for what? Voicing my opinion? .............
I think if you read the thread you'll also see that people are sayin shit coz I slagged my own band???...... I dont see anything wrong with that... do you?
Anyhow, I dont think ithas anything to do with anyones musical talent/skills etc. Its all down to personal taste at the end of the day... You cant start on everyone that doesnt like your band, and Im sure you know this is a general rule, it doesn't apply to any one person.

the only guy i knew out of fully loaded that would be a dickhead is shane killian. if this is you then hmm.. how should i put this? I have to hand it to ya.I mean, I've got this whole thing wrong, redleaf are class... I mean, this is why they have so many gigs. Ok, but now were talking about my guitar playing.... heres a couple of points about Fully Loaded:
* None of us could sing
* We had a shit set list
* Neither me or Christy could be heard right when we were playin.
* The drummer was the only good thing in the band

You are aware that you are spending a great deal of your time making up "witty" things to say about RedLeaf who want absolutely nothing to do with you and don't exactly want your fucking approval. Maybe if you didnt spend half your time slagging RedLeaf and talking about yourself you'd have time to start this mythical band your always talking about, as if anyone could fucking stand being in a band with you anyway! I never said Christy was a member of Redleaf, .... I know he sang with ye once before.
I've actually heard his band were pretty good when they played in the stillery.... but I haven't heard them yet.
Shane Nolan wasn'tin Fully Loaded, he played with us a few times....David Nolan played bassfor fully loaded.
Theres no need to be loosin the head because I can name the notes of the Fretboard, sure we'll wait for a while.... there'll be a battle of the bands in a few months I'd say. Neither of us can argue with that......
