I didn't come up with this so credit where credit is due, just sharing the info.
when i move to different forums, eg healing to open it says 'not found', however when i look at the web address it is keeping the forum numbr for healing and adding the forum number for open, therefore there are two numbers at the end of the address.
the number at the end is the number for open, etc, so just delete the first number eg 233195 (healing) and keep the last /number/
that should enable you to move from one to another
