Was wondering where to put this link to an article...I guess Deeper is fine, lol. Not big news or anything just wanted to share. If anyone wants to find out what it's really like to work in the restaurant industry I suggest Anthony Bourdain's book "Kitchen Confidential". Just like this artcile, there is a lot of drugging and drinking <sigh>.

BTW: My son was planning on attending the Culinary Institute of America. He is trying out our local community college first, since they have an award winning program.

I just stopped in and oh my funny how its you and your son I first read about.I haven't been on here forever but just a qwik update,my husband cheated on me and has many problems with all drugs. My husband is a Chef, I know personally from working in this indrusty its truly all about drugs sex and what you can get from someone else. Its a hard core self fullfiling business, I seriously would try with all my mite to find a better career for your young man. SCARY is the resaurant industry.
