Dear Peter,
I write to you here because the libs.org is full of chaos and turmoil. All I really want you to know is that there are people out there that absolutely adore The Libertines, and I am one of them. I admire your skill and talent and enjoy your music and congeniality very much so. It was seeing you perform live and your willingness to connect that has forever scarred you inside my head. I long for the days that such spirit and music returns to NYC, as we have our pick here in music, but nothing prepared me for when you guys came to town. Now I am not blind with love for you or the rest of the band, I am never going to pick a side and walk with it. I do not know you nor claim to be your "best mate" as so many others do. I do not form opinions on any of it, other than the fact that I love what I have heard in Up The Bracket and Babyshambles. So I tell you here that I want you to succeed and ramble on. I want you to do what comes naturally to you, and I wish that for carl, john and gary as well. You are all so talented and "a man with great talent has no right to keep it to himself" (I read that somewhere) You have love and you have faith, as so do I, as so do a lot of us. Good luck to you, whatever you choose to do, and I hope that I will have the chance to see you perform once again. I hope you are still finding a way closer to fine--
