Car is a factory (#'s matching) 429 auto, and very low miles. Motor turns over freely, and looks like it will run as-is, but I have not tried to start it (I am in Ohio, and car is stored in Vegas). I have a clear California title for the car, in my name. Price is somewhat negotiable, and will depend on if buyer can pick car up.

I do not always get to the web site fior replies on the 429 Cyclone, but if you need more info on the car (and/or pics), you are also welcome to call me on my cell at 216-382-8965 (2-11pm eastern). Thanks, Joe

I purchased this car 5 years ago. Since then I have put wheels/tires on it, and had the car towed (flat bed) to Las Vegas, where I am storing it now (I live in Ohio). I planned on getting it rinning/driving, and resto work, but time constraints have left me with the car still in Vegas, and not able to do anything with it.
The car looks worse than it is, and with the replacement of the hood, grill and left fender, would be a different car (I think the drivers door can be fixed, as most of the big dent will "pop" out from the inside).
This is a completely rust free car; never had any
rust anywhere. The money that will be saved on not
having ant rust repair, will pay for the parts needing
to be replaced.
Car has very low miles, and the (#'s matching) 429
drivetrain looks like it could be made to run as-is
(engine still turns freely). Car has it's original 9
inch "N" rear end, with positraction (don't remember
gear ratio). This is a rare, and rust free big block
car, that will do nothing but go up in value. If
you're going to retore one, why not start with one
that is rust free, and rarer than most of the other
ones out there. Replacement of a few body parts up
front, will not really be a factor in the long/big
picture. Hope you can see my point.
I paid 5G for this car (5 years ago), ad thought it
would be worth 6500.00 now. The best offer I have had
is 4G. I need to sell the car, and will negotiate price if buyer is willing to pick the car up in Vegas (arrangements can be made). Let me know what you think, and we can go from there. Thanks, Joe

I still have Cyclone GT for sale.... I just got the deluxe "Marti Report" on the car, and have all the original info on it now. It is one of 545 Cyclones with this engine/trans combination; production # is MUCH lower if you factor in other options, and color. It was also ordered the first month of production (8/18/69) from dealer in Hollywood California, and built on 9/3/69 (one day ahead of schedule).
You can call me for more info, at 216-382-8965 (2-11pm). Joe

Update on Cyclone... I finally got back to see the Cyclone GT at the storage place, and got the actual mileage. The car has only 44K original miles!! Engine still turns freely, and should run as-is! Hope this helps! Joe
