Return to Index   Steering box May 10 2008 at 6:38 AM   (Login Brent01) from IP address 60.231.19.3 Vague Steering: Apparently my mechanic thinks all linkages to the steering are in good order (55k verified miles).He says the adjustment on an old box is non existant? The steering in my opinion has too much play as I'am constantly correcting the wheel to stay in a straight line.I also drive a modern vehicle, which I may be expecting too much from the Mustang.Has any member been down the path of a box rebuild?? what were the results?
