Response to High Torque

Hi Ron,
The Water Wetter seemed Ok untill the first hot days city driving. It still got very hot trudging along in traffic, to a point where I gave up driving it, just in case it stalled, then it would not even crank to start.I splashed out & bought race coolant ($300aus)which is supposed to have a 190 celsius boiling point. As I couldn't get all the old coolant out of the engine this product is somewhat distilled, but again a small improvement. The alteration to the timing has made the most effect to date. I'm determined it will run correctly at the end of the day!!! To be fair to the car its spent a bl**dy long time sitting,so now that I have moved house to a less populated part of sunny/hot Queensland I'm starting the engine each day even if I don't drive it far. Thanks for your interest I will keep all informed.
