I like the 7 blade flex fans. The clutch fans work but fail sometimes. Have you painted your radiator??? Sometimes the wrong paint or multi layers of paint will insulate the core and not let heat transfer. There is a special radiator paint that is very thin and made just for this purpose. Radiators also get deposits inside and need to be cleaned or rodded out.
