This majestic building in the Neo-Palladian style, was constructed in 1827 and housed the parliament of Singapore until a new building was completed on an adjacent plot of land in 1999.
On 11 November, Jaeger-LeCoultre and The HourGlass organised an event to launch the new Master Tourbillon Tour in Singapore. Held at the historic Old Parliament House, the event was a resounding success. Not only was the new Master Tourbillon showcased for the first time, there was also a series of talks by noted industry personalities, including Stephane Belmont, JLC Product Development director, who flew into Singapore for this event.
The event began early, at 9am, on a Saturday morning, but guests were punctual and eager for it to begin. A breakfast spread, and most importantly, coffee, was waiting for the participants.
