Just Curious

Ol wantoks. Do we have some of our local PNG music being played in Australia, esp, Northern part of AUstralia? How about nightclubs and local radio stations?

Thanks,

Die-hard PNG!

None, have never heard anything distinct...maybe if there was some PNG Night Club they would play it..But I did hear a couple in Moombasa, an African Nite Club in Canberra.."The Place to Be"

I burn my favourite PNG songs onto a cd or my flash drive and carry it with me when I go clubbing. I give it to the DJ and he plays a few track!! That's the way to do it.

The crowd go crazy because PNg songs have a distictive high BASS recordings and it's beat is nothing like they heard before.

Also no ones heard this type of unique music before snd they can't buy it anywhere here.

I saw some one selling CHM oroginal CDs on eBay a few moths ago. Check eBay if you want to buy PNG music in Oz.

Good luck.

Try it

what happened to MY BAR??

Hi I used to live in Cairns and my favourite hang out was MY BAR. The DJ back than was Sam Savage who is a good bro. Anyway he had a wide selection of PNG music and all the mixed artists albums from Chin H min. I am now in Darwin and this place makes me slack when it comes to finding a good nite club to go and finally get to listen to some good beats. By this I mean good mix of R&B, reggae and PNG hits. I think I might have to get back to Cairns sooner or later. **** most of my good friends are there anyway. Sorry going into another tangent there.

catch,
m..
