Measure in for length. Measure in for hair concerns this last month. Been shedding a lot? Added a new supplement? Picked up on your exercise? Changed products? Make a note of it so it will be recorded in the Growth Gate listings! Measure-In threads are about more than just length! So never feel like you can't "measure in" even if you're not measuring your length month to month!
