I suggest using blogger.

Check out the link in my siggie (photo blog), it will take you there. You could use network54, but it's rather difficult to use, I think, and also, if you don't pay, you get lots of commercials on your blog, even from things like "Russian dating services". I thought that was very annoying, so I moved my photo blog to e-blogger. That's a safe and commercial-free place. Blogger also lets you "embed" videos instead of just posting links, which I think is very cool.
And I agree with Jules about reading the journals. Put a link in your siggy, and people will notice it better. I'll be sure to check it out!
