Does anyone have a really good simplistic guide to layering images using Photoshop?

Like a "Dummies Guide to Layering Images"?

I would like to play around with some of my model images and blend them into backgrounds.

Thanks in advance for assisting the Photoshop challenged.

Not sure if this is exactly what you need but I found it understandable. No expert with Photoshop mind you so take that into consideration.
