Anyone have any experience with Canon 40D?

Just started using this camera for model photos and seem to have hit a plateau. Would anyone happen to have any experience using a 40D or 50D for model work? If so, I have a few questions ....

Thanks,
Mike

I recently bought an EOS50D having moved up from a 400D. I am still trying to get the hang of its many functions but I can try to help.
