HotKeys command to open Sounds & Multimedia Properties

SNDVOL32.exe controls sound volume. I want to access the Control Panel applet with which sounds are assigned to certain events. Some Control Panel applets are accessed through parameter assignments to main.cpl. What is the Sounds & Multimedia Properties parameter? Is there one?
