FYI - The BBB has no real legal power, if you've been defrauded contact your state attoney general - they'll look into it if there are enough complaints. Also consider small claims court (if it's worth the the time) - If they are as bad as you say, more than likely they won't show up and you'll get a default judgement - good luck.
