Easily repairable '04 999s for sale (fast!) -- $12,000.00

I am selling an '04 (It was purchased 3/??/2004) Ducati 999s with a full titanium Termi exhaust, suede seat and other goodies. It has less than 5,000 miles (I'm a lawyer who decided to ride too late in life). It was laid down; at the time it had carbon fiber bodywork. The rear subframe may need to be replaced and the instrument panel is cracked. I need to sell it quickly, because I am moving. First $12,000.00 or reasonable offer takes it. I am not sure, but I really do think this is a steal. I paid $30,000.00 not a year ago it seems.
