1# the 460 is a hell of a big motor with lots of power,2# the 4.6 is fuel injected and give you the chance to drive with out costing an a arm or leg plus their alot of thing you can do to a FI like chips , injecters my point is 5.0 my have a little very little more hp but who cares if your going to have a V8 under the hoodjust get rid of the four
