I have a 1997 Z24 with the 2.4 DOHC Engine and Automatic Trans. I would like any advice or wisdom you may have in the modifications that are available that would allow me to compete with the foreign cars in the same class. At the same time I still want this car to be a dependable car that could be driven daily if needed. I have built many cars for different types of competition, including some older Z24's with the V6's. This would be my first endeavor with modifying a 4-Cylinder, so any tips or pointers are appreciated. If there is a site that specializes in parts for the build-up of Z24 Engines, Transmissions, and chassis components that you have confidence in, please forward that info also.
