      Dan, you may be right about the e-brake. When you put the rear shoes on, did you add just a touch of grease to the sides of the shoes where the rub on the back plate? Did you clean everything with brake parts cleaner and make sure it was very clean before you installed the new shoes. Many ppl neglect this when doing brakes and could cause the rears to seize. Just a suggestion.
