Approximatley 50% of the JHJ group of 71 people arrived on Thursday to get settled for their Memorial Cup stay in Rimouski. We had 25 rooms at the Comfort Inn and after a drive from Quebec City we checked in to the hotel and quickly hunted down our buddies Keith and Scott from Halifax. These two lads are huge promoters of Alexander Keith's beer and the brewery provided them with several flats of Nova Scotia's finest beer for them to share with their JHJ friends from out west.
After sampling a few (yeah right!!!) Alexander Keith's we headed out to one of the local sports bars, La Cage Aux Sport, for some grub and NHL hockey. As usual it started out slowly but ended up very late just like every year.
