What would Bubba and the boys dress up as for the Semi-final game between Windsor and Drummondville? Both teams fans wanted them to wear their team's jersey. Would they go to the highest bidder? Everybody was wondering and when they showed up Bubba had yet another surprise for the fans. Bubba along with Keith and the two young Memorial Cup rookies from Halifax showed up to the fan festival tent with referees jerseys. The boys were going neutral!!!! Bubba and Keith were the two referees and Joey and Jamie were the two linesmen. Bubba had figured out a way to not piss anybody off. They would cheer all the calls made by the officials and were even seen high fiving each other when the officials called a penalty. You would hear abnormal comments coming from their mouths like "Nice call ref", "Go refs go" "Way to control the game boys". It was definitley something different to see. They would even go down to the official's entrance and cheer on the refs as the entered and exited the playing surface. Unfortunately I only have one picture of the boys in their official's gear but hopefully others will surface as more pictures come in.
