The Hitmen are a good team. However if Kisio does not make a move to shore up our back end I just dont see how we will be able to make a serious run at this thing. We are having major trouble with other teams forechecks, having a hard time breaking out of our own end. Outside of stone and maybe Mackenzie none of our D men have a legitimate slapshot. The way we play is getting the puck back to the points, with no hard outside shots they are most of the time getting blocked and not getting through. We are just to young, inexperienced and frankly not that great on the back end. I myself would part with anyone of our 16 or 17 year olds. None have impressed me all that much, I wonder what the return could be if we packaged a few of them, and also who would be out there to get? Kisio needs to do something though, he cant just sit back. We have two elite Forwards in Broda and Kozun, along with a very good supporting cast up front, Jones in net and Stone on the back end. We have the main components for a serious run. Just need a little bit of tinkering.
