I use windoze xp and the game works well without any setting up. However, every couple of minutes it slows down for a few seconds and then goes back to normal. It does this in every dos game though. Other than that the games run at full speed (at the speed they were designed to run at). I can't get music though (why would you want dodgy old music anyway though is beyond me).
