I'll have to sort out the skill levels of participants, though. One decision yet to be made is whether to run one skill division (as with the Epics) or two. Another issue is setting time allotments. I'll be going on my best guesses at first and fine tuning as we go.
Also need to get instructions and references online. Plus, it's not entirely bad to build anticipation. We seem to be enlisting more players as time passes. I think it's a good sign that we haven't yet had somebody go "Ooh, Yuck" and complain about having a bad time.
My best guess right now for timing is one to two weeks before the first event begins.
