There are three questions Cherokee People should have if they care about their fellow Cherokee, about the qualifications of any entity that is seeking their help in correcting the ills/corruption within the leadership of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma (CNO) and we will attempt to answer them for you.

It is thought there may be some folks not up on what has happened that brought this cause to back to life. The Cause being a "United Cherokee Nation" (UCN) government of, by, and for the Cherokee people...And what happened was the BOGUS election by the CNO June 23, 2007, that elected the Chief to an illegal 3rd term along with several Council people, and the illegality of the same election stacking the Council with loyalist to the Chief, for a complete and total dictatorship.

In actuality the UCN began back in the year 2000. Chad Smith filed a bogus lawsuit in state court that got the business operation of the (UCN) shut down, but did not shut down the UCN Government...The People were calling for change back then, but evidently were not really ready for serious change, quite a few signed on but never really committed to what it will take to make this work.

The Three questions are:

1-What is the (UCN) United Cherokee Nation?
2-Who is the UCN?
3-Why is there a UCN?

Number one, what is the UCN?

Answer is quite simple, it is the REAL Cherokee Nation, with a governing body setup according to the REAL Constitutional law of the Cherokee people, the 1839 Constitution, which is the ONLY governing document of the Cherokee People, we simply need numbers, of Cherokee people ready for the needed change .

Number two, who is the UCN?

Once Again the answer is quite simple. We the Descendant/Citizens of ALL Cherokee on the Dawes Rolls are the UCN, which includes all the Cherokee Full Bloods, the Full Blood Delaware, The Full Blood Shawnee, The Full Blood Creek, The Full Blood Caucasian, Full Blood African, All the Mixed Bloods of all these ethnic groups, which most certainly includes the Group of Full Blood African That were black Slaves and the mix of Cherokee and these black slaves called FREEDMEN, We are all Cherokee by fact of law NOT Blood.

Number three, Why is there a UCN?

One more time the answer is quite simple. Because the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma is a BOGUS illegally constituted entity, and there are a number of Documents available that attest to this fact quite well. To receive a Gold UCN Card it is necessary for an officer of the Executive Committee to see your Tribal ID/Membership card, either CNO, or UKB, if you are connected to the internet you can scan your card and email it to me along with a phone number if you will, for contact purposes (Not a requirement) Or you can make ake a copy, and snail mail it to me, again with a phone number if you will.
