Re: John C. letter to some editors!!

This is a great letter! I have been watching the Budget council meetings only up to part 3 so I don't know the ending, but I have seen where they want to get rid of alot needed programs. Cara wants to spend 4,000,000.00 on legal expensises to fight the Freedmen's citizenship rights and they want to take away 6,000,000.00 dollars for treatment of Diabetes and Cancer. Everybody needs to join the UCN. Everybody that cares to make a difference, cares about the Cherokee People and cares about where our Nation is heading they should join the UCN.


I would still like to know what constitution is the CNO operating under anyways?
