Response to Definately money well spent...

But, do have question, where were the other courthouses located and who were the clerks of each courthouse?

I also understand the CN issued it's own script (money) and you had to go to a courthouse to exchange the script for American money. Is that right? This is a good time to educate people how resourceful we Cherokees were back in the day. When we shaped our times with reality.

Today, we are just a corporation with no member benifits, except a palty amount that is insulting, considering the profit made by the casinos. We are blindsided with.. oh... it's seed money.. oh, it's going into buying more business's (so far, which business has been successful?) oh... we are creating jobs.... oh.. oh.. and more oh's..., in my opinion just an excuse to rob the members and make them think they don't amount to a hill of beans. Demoralizing...
