Golly Gee, now they want to appeal to members!

Wouldn't that just frost you? Where has the CNO been all these years! In Oregon, the Klamath Tribe has had hunting rights for YEARS! That is... if you are in possession of a Tribally issued ID card, you know.. the kind that works as a passport. In fact, that Tribal ID card will let you enter National Parks for free! (in Oregon) Imagine that, a Tribe that fights for their people. WOW

For some Tribes, this has been a source of civil rights for their members. Like I say, where has the CNO been all these years? Does anyone realize that several colleges waive tuition for federally recognized Indians?

When we gave up land, we were guanranteed health, education and other rights. Hunting and fishing rights were major to Indian people.

Mike Miller says.. well, we think we have the right! After all, we have a great relationship with the State of Oklahoma.. I guess "they" do. I'd go far enough to say they have sold us out!

It's about time the Tribal leaders decide to protect member's rights, duh... Looks like sleeping with the enemey quit paying off.

No matter, this is good news, better news would be Tribal ID cards with photos and proof postive ID.
