Chad brags about his transparent government

It's not true. They are supposed to post all travel reports and don't. I read where we "own" all kinds of technology business's, so what's the problem with the streaming videos? If we can't even get the committee meetings or council meetings out to the members, why on earth would we invest in technology interests? I think it's past time to look at the "QUALITY" business ventures, not the quantity. Chad needs to report on that kind of issue.

I do get the Phoenix by mail and also read it online, some of the articles are good, but some are meant to mislead and that is just wrong. We really do need transparency.
