Which email address are you talking about? If it is the TVB website, I don't think she will reply. She doesn't
go into that email. As for the question of whether Maggie will reply or her assistant will reply; Maggie is at
the moment focusing on her recovery of her illness. So she needs at lot of rest and as such I don't think she will attend to these matters. If you want to write a letter to her, you can send it to TVB and she will be able to receive it.
