Just an update on the event on 6th Oct 2007. It went on very well. All the 30 sets of toys were completely sold out. Maggie is very pleased, happy and thankful for all the support you fans gave her the other day. A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO ALL!!!
As for the second event Maggie's Private Fun Together Party which was supposed to be held on 7th Oct 2007, it was with much regret that Maggie's management and organizers had to cancel this event. Reason being, Maggie had to attend an urgent meeting. To set the record straight, Maggie had no part in organising this event. All planning and organising were done and arranged between hoyee4u and a PR firm. As an artiste, she was only being invited to attend this function. Since she is under her management, she has to fulfill and take her obligation as first priority under any circumtances. The organisers in this case will be responsible for any hiccups or unforseen circumstances. To be fair, situations like these do happen. We as fans have to be more accomodative, understanding and forgiving on this aspect. I am sure Maggie would not like this to happen too. She was looking forward to meet up with you all after such a long absence. Do you think she was happy about the cancellation?
So if any grouses, pls direct them to the related parties, but not to the artiste. Maggie and management will make it up to you all in the near future! Have a great day!
