Patch + NFS4 => Alle Downloadcars weg

Hallo,
ich habe den Patch für NFS4 runtergeladen und installiert. Danach sind alle meine Download-Cars verschwunden. Wenn ich NFS4 neu installiere, ohne Patch !, dann sind sie wieder da.
